NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has asked anyone living in the Western Sydney suburbs of Greystanes, Auburn, Lidcombe and Berala to be on high alert for symptoms after NSW recorded three new cases of COVID-19 in Western Sydney following a subdued New Years Eve in Sydney last night. Two of the new cases are from the same household and one is a close contact of someone in that house, authorities say.
